Mahesh Neeruganti is the Faculty of BioResire, Expertise in Bioinformatics, computational biology, Mahesh Neeruganti is a leading faculty in interdisciplinary life sciences and bioinformatics. He specializes in molecular docking, dynamics simulations, and omics data analysis, with proficiency in tools like GROMACS, AutoDock, and PyMOL.

Skilled in scripting with Python, R, and Linux/Unix, he has hands-on experience in NGS data analysis, gene expression profiling, and functional annotation. Mahesh is well-versed in platforms such as BLAST, Clustal Omega, Bioconductor, and Galaxy. His research interest lies in leveraging computational tools to drive advancements in drug discovery, healthcare, and genomics.
